According to WAFA, at least a dozen Israeli settlers at dawn on November 18 striked a Palestinian ambulance on al-Shuhada Street in Hebron City, in the southern occupied West Bank.

The ambulance was going through al-Shuhada Street in Hebron City, in a bid to transfer a Palestinian patient from the Tel Rumeida neighborhood to a close hospital.
Sources confirmed to Maan Agency that the ambulance belonged to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS).
From this attack, only material damages such as wrecked windows were made.
Mohammed Zaghir, a youth activist against Israeli settlements told WAFA that Israeli forces stood quietly looking at the scene while around 15 settlers attacked the ambulance.
He witnessed at least dozen attacks of this type in the last years.
He also mentioned Israeli forces reportedly prevented activists from the Youth Against Settlements organization who were present at the incident from photographing the scene.
Palestinians who live in the Old City of Hebron face a fully-militarized environment. There are at least thirty Israeli checkpoints which mark out the entrances of many streets.
Israeli forces and settlers harass Palestinians in the occupied territories on a daily basis,  by harming and killing civilians, demolishing homes, poisoning livestock, vandalising property and some other diffuse violence, as pointed out in the New Arab Newspapers.
The abuses committed by Jewish settlers are rarely punished and the majority of the time the Israeli forces do not protect the Palestinians attacked, highlighted the Palestine chronicle.
Since 1997 and the Protocol Concerning the Redeployment in Hebron, Israelis control H2 area where around 30, 000 Palestinians live, and 800 radical Jewish settlers are among them under strong protection.
Palestinian and Israeli NGOs are describing the situation of Hebron, since many years, as one of the most strained in the West Bank and subsequently reflecting the absurdity of life under occupation.
On the same morning, Israeli forces shot tear gas towards an elementary school in the south of Hebron. Schoolboys and teachers suffered from suffocation and inhalation reported WAFA.
A rather usual fact in this part of Hebron controlled by the Israeli forces, who attacks schools without precise justification.
