At approximately 9 p.m., a Palestinian man was shot and killed by Israeli forces after an attempted stabbing attack at the Chords Bridge entrance to Jerusalem.

Ma’an News Agency reports that the suspect attempted to take a soldier’s gun then attacked the soldier with a knife. The soldier was lightly wounded.

In the third alleged knife attack of the day in Jerusalem, two Israelis were seriously injured by two Palestinian suspects near the Israeli Pisgat Ze'ev settlement.

A 16 year old Israeli teenager was critically wounded in the incident and a 20 year old was also seriously injured.

One of the alleged attackers was shot and killed and other was shot and injured on the scene.

According to Ma’an News, relatives identified the Palestinian boys  as Ahmad, 12, and Muhammad Manasra, 14, both from Beit Hanina.

Ahmad was said to have been shot and killed at the scene after the alleged attack.

Shocking video footage of a Palestinian boy, believed to be Muhammad, shows him bleeding the ground as an Israeli onlooker taunts him, shouting "die, son of a whore, die.”

Hours before, a Palestinian girl, 15, was shot and seriously injured after allegedly injuring one Israeli officer in a knife attack near the police headquarters in Jerusalem.

However, eyewitnesses claim she was unarmed at the time.

The officer was moderately injured.

On Monday morning, 18 year old Palestinian Mustafa Adel al-Khatib was shot and killed near the Lion’s Gate entrance to the Old City of Jerusalem after allegedly attempting to stab an Israeli police officer.

There have now been nine alleged knife attacks in Jerusalem since Oct. 3. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has increased Israeli security presence across the city as a “preventive and deterrent measure.”
